The distinctive beige pigmentation is achieved through advanced masterbatch compounding technology, ensuring uniform color distribution and exceptional opacity. A specialized corona treatment process enhances surface energy to optimize adhesive wettability and bonding performance.

Technical Performance

The tape demonstrates remarkable mechanical properties with machine direction tensile strength exceeding 130 N/cm² and transverse direction strength over 200 N/cm². Its pressure-sensitive adhesive system delivers instant tack force measuring ≥6.0 N/25mm and sustained adhesion maintaining ≥24 hours under 1 kg load. The material maintains dimensional stability across -30°C to 85°C operational range, with heat shrinkage below 3% at 100°C.
